Strap loops built into the wheel hubs work great for kayaks that are wider than the wheelbase of the cart, and a centralized tie-down point located at the center of the axle is excellent when transporting narrow watercrafts. The tie-down points are designed for 1” flat webbing cam straps (not included), but you can also use rope that is less than 5\/16” in diameter. For added grip on the underside of your kayak, the Bunkster includes four super “grippy” rubber bumpers. The wheels remove by depressing the button behind the hub on the axle and can be done in seconds. The fixed uprights remove by lifting the orange position detent lever and sliding them off the axle. Everything minus the centralized tie-down point can be removed from the aluminum axle, leaving you with five parts that can be stored in most hatches.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Bunkster comes with two kickstands, configured with one on each side to optimize and support the loading angle for both sides of the cart.
